Welcome to my website! My name is Jennifer Snow and I'm an aspiring pastry chef.
Currently holding the head baker position at Paul Gregory's restaurant in Southington, CT. I graduated salutatorian from Lincoln Culinary Institute (formerly Connecticut Culinary Institute) in January 2011. I completed my externship at Madison Chocolates in Guilford, CT. I specialize in cakes, cookies, pastries, cupcakes, muffins, chocolates, basic bakery items and custom orders. I have experience working with fondant and gum paste.
